SQLMonitor Disk Space Alert

In the details of the Disk space alert, it shows the disk space used broken down by local, Other, and Free. What is Other? When we initially got this alert, we added more disk space but we are still receiving this alert. The new disk space was categorized as Other instead of Free.

    Please see the attached DiskSpace file. On a second note,  in the server Overview page, it recognizes that there are 45.76 GB of free space. (Please see the DiskUsage file.) There seems to be an inconsistency as to how free space is categorized. Thanks.

    Its everything else that is used (ie non SQL data). So the sum of each sql server + other should equal used.
