Please could I ask which version of SQL prompt you are using? A recent update was flawed causing frequent crashes in SSMS. If you are working with a version below 10.0.10 we advise you to upgrade using the link below:

Most of Promt functionality does not works:
- expand wildcards (available in menu, but nothing happens)
- navigate to object (available in menu, but nothing happens)
- script object as (available in menu, but nothing happens)
- autocomplete (available in menu, but nothing happens)
- very frustrated because of big lag, frequently crashes SSMS.
Looks like only working functionality is code formatting and tab history.
And other tools does not works at all/missing when right-clicking:
- no any RedGate software menu items available after right clicking SSMS table, procedure or database.
Totally broken product. We bought 5 licenses, all colleagues struggle with same too.
Please solve problems ASAP.
