We were able to investigate this with the customer and found the root cause to be the AD setup on their end.

I encountered the same error when adding user as: First.Last@domain.com
Solved it by adding user as: Domain\AccountName

When I try to add or update an AD user I get an error after clicking Confirm. The form closes and a "Cannot find principal server" error appears. The user is not updated or added (but they can be deleted).

What am I missing? I have experienced the problemĀ in both 9.2.10.24841 and 9.2.12.25213
