If a user sends an error report, how do you open the error report?

Hi @MelanieAU!
From the left-side menu, you can find the error report from Reporting>View error reports. Any new reports should be downloaded and you can then double click on the one in question to open it and view the stack trace and other details.
Hope that helps! -

The problem seems to be that you're renaming the extension of the report, not that there is a bug in SmartAssembly. Why are you renaming the error report extension?

I find it amusing with your comment, maybe you should focus on the code and the bug and not asking silly questions.

Hi MelanieAU,
I'm afraid the file does need to have the extension, .saencryptedreport, in order for SmartAssembly to open it.
Apologies that it's not clear in the SDK source file that this shouldn't be changed. I'll ask our developers if they can add a comment instructing not to change the extension. -
As per my other post, I don't think that this is a bug. Can you please give us the use case/scenario for renaming the extension?
