Why do "Product level" and "Latest available update" in Estate show CTP2.1 for SQL 2019?

My SQL Server 2019 instances are all at RTM CU1, however under Estate\Installed Versions\Instances, "Product level" shows CTP2.1 which is incorrect, but "Version number" shows 15.0.4003.23 which is correct.

Then under "Latest available update" it shows CTP2.1 and "Released a year ago on 01 Nov 2018" which is also incorrect. The most recent update for SQL Server 2019 is RTM CU1, released 1/7/2020.

We don't yet Support SQL 2019.

We're in the process of adding it though, and the updates will be done as part of that work.
