Adding to SSMS v 18

I had SQL Prompt 9 installed on SSMS 15 but when I installed SSMS v 18 it is not available.  I tried uninstalling it and re-installing it but it is still not available.

    Resolved it myself finally.  Turns out you have to uninstall SQL Prompt, then download a new Trial version.  Install that and then add the product license again.
