Code with string literals not decoded right

I do not believe my assembly is obfuscated at all, the only issue I appear to have is related to string literals.

After generation to a file, the file has this in it:

Anny ideas as to why this might be, or how to correct it?

    At first look, it would seem like obfuscation. Are you able to share the IL for the method?
