Restoring Database with Create New Database issue

When I restore a database and choose the option to create a new database for the restore target every letter I type there is a delay. It's as if you're processing after every keypress and it's severely disruptive. Please consider doing the processing after a second or two after the last keypress. I'm using 10.0.15 (latest at the time of this writing)
