How to remove SQL server instance that i don't want to monitor

So i have a limited number of licence purchased and i want to utilize them effectively. The difficulty i am facing is, on some window servers there are more than one instance of SQL server from which i want to monitor only one of them. However, the Redgate is adding all the instances that it finds in the window server. How can i remove the unwanted monitored instances?

You can't I'm afraid, as SQL Monitor automatically detects all instances on a server. However, SQL Monitor is not licensed per instance, but the number of servers, as perĀ https://documentation.red-gate.com/sm/getting-started/licensing, so from a licensing perspective this does not affect anything.

With the licensing issue not being an issue as pointed out by Russell, if you still truly don't want to monitor the instance, the work around is to suspend monitoring for the specific instance under Monitored Servers in Configuration.
