Missing suggestions in subquery

Table ConsultRefs has a column named PatientID. When i start typing PatientID in the subquery i only get suggestions from the table in the subquery, not from the table in the outer query.

    Hi @DanielDohnfors! I'm happy to report that this issue is resolved in the latest version of SQL Prompt, v10.0.5, released today.
