Not able to capture anything while profiling

I am unable to capture any data during a profiling session on IIS App Pool.  I do see in bottom left corner waiting for client but I know load is coming into the server.  I can see the loads through another tool

    If you're running another profiling tool on the same process then its possible that ANTS cannot hook into the process to start profiling.
