I just went to get the latest versions of installation files to apply to my laptop. I now see (and don't recall seeing before) multiple "same product but different" download options. Many seem to have the same name. What's the story with this? How am I to know which file I need?

Hi @TheSQLGuru,
Sorry to hear that you're experiencing issues downloading the latest installation files. Please can you send us a screenshot of what you're seeing (it may be easier for you to email it to me on friends@red-gate.com) along with what tools you would like to install?
Thanks,
Roseanna

I think I have it sorted. I just downloaded everything, and several of the different downloads were the same file.
I took a screenshot, but seem to be able to only link via URL on this forum. But as an example. I see separate downloads for:
SQL Toolbelt (Backup)
SQL Toolbelt (Desktop tools)
SQL Toolbelt (Monitoring)
SQL Toolbelt (MultiScript)

Thanks @TheSQLGuru. Our IT team recently changed the way that licenses are displayed in the portal.
I have included some information from our support pages below, which I hope will help clarify this.We have made some changes to our internal systems to make them more flexible for our customers.
As a result, any bundled product you own will now show the different sub-groups (desktop tools, server tools) within the bundle.
If you bought your license some time ago, the serial number you need to use to activate your products will be the same for the different sub-groups, and you can carry on using your products as normal.
If you have bought a license more recently, each sub-group will have a different serial number, which you can use to activate the different types of tool within your bundle.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if you have any further questions.

That clarifies what I eventually figured out through downloading multiple files and comparing them. Thanks for the follow-up.
