You can setup an exclude filter to exclude based on the name either beginning with or containing:
in the filter window, after setting up a comparison project. Is that sufficient? -

Yes, this would be a useful feature. If the
DataSyncschema is entirely Azure-managed, being able to exclude the whole schema from SQL Compare would keep those objects out of the comparison and avoid unnecessary differences. @ fnaf games

We are using data synchronization in Azure SQL DB, which creates a schema called DataSync and numerous objects in this schema.
Since this is entirely managed by Azure, I don't want to ever compare these objects between databases, nor do I want it mucking up my comparisons, etc.
The ability to ignore an entire schema would be nice. Thanks.
