How to open projects from the main screen?

Is it possible to open a project from the screen that opens when you launch SQL Compare? Do I really have to hit cancel and then go to File/Open projects or recent projects?

I hope I am missing something....

    There's a 'show this screen on startup' check box on the Projects list (which you can get to from the folder button on the toolbar), which you can check if you want to be shown a list of projects / be able to open a project on launch rather than be presented with your last-opened project or a brand new project.
