All panels work except for the overview panel for remote users.

Very hard to hazard a guess at this.
Are these remote users all in the same remote office, or multiple locations? Anything in particular about the remote connection, ie is it via proxy/vpn?
If any of these users opens the developer tools (f12 by defaul)/network tab, when they go to the overview panel are there are errors loading the page?

All the desktops at the office work. The IT director in Tonawanda tried to get in from home and he gets the white screen for the overview panel only. Same thing happens to me. When I hit the F12 I notice the error SCRIPT5009: 'GlobalDashboard' is undefined. Only using 1 base monitor
