Assuming that the connection is open properly, no. That error simply means that the (main) basemonitor cannot connect to the basemonitor on the other machine. What do the log files say?

This was fixed by following https://documentation.red-gate.com/sm/troubleshooting/error-messages/the-web-server-isn-t-authorized-to-access-this-base-monitor. The error was present in the Log files.
Sorry SteveHindle I was deleting the same reply as it had been posted ~10 times I just deleted one too many.

Is there a config setting change i need to make on the remote server to allow the connection? Port 7399 is open.
