Cannot download .Net Reflector for Visual Studio

Hello there,

I'm trying to install .Net Reflector for Visual Studio 2017, but I get an error trying to download it from the Marketplace web site and also inside Visual Studio.

    I'm afraid this is working fine for me, so it suggests something locally. Are you using a proxy or anything like that?
