Instance is being monitored but not picking up SQL

Hello, I have added my server as a monitored instance but this is not appearing in the global dashboard. When I run a test  it passes "Query processor via WMI" but does not show any results for "Query SQL". the strange bit is when I fully add the server this is showing as monitor connected with no error. I am monitoring another server without any issues so a bit stumped on why this one is not playing ball. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    If you look in the network tab of the developer console are there any script errors? Particularly inGetBasicDashboardModel and GetDashboardModel?

    Hi Russell, I have checked this but no script errors, when I look at GetDashBoardModel the server in question isn't even listed.

    This might be tough to support over the forum then, do you have a support & upgrades contract? If so can you email your logs through to us?
