    I am sorry that you are having issues when using Source Control for Oracle, can you please provide more detail on what you were doing when this exception occurred?

    Also are you using the latest version of Source Control for Oracle?

    This was happening on startup.  I've downloaded the lastest version - 5.5 and the error does not appear any longer.
