is there anyway to use SQLBACKUP to Manage SQL Express Backup Jobs?

as i read in some websites , SQL Express doesn't have SQL Agent .
i have some SQL Express Services in my network , and i need to manage them ,
is there anyway to use SQLBACKUP to Manage this SQL Express's  Backup Jobs?

    I believe most users use Windows Task Scheduler to run SQL Server Express 'jobs'.  The SQL Backup GUI isn't designed to connect to a machine's Task Scheduler service to create/edit/query Task Scheduler tasks.
