Error in Open a File

Good afternoon everyone:

I have the Net Reflector V10.1.6.1524, and when opening a file, it sends me the following error: Offset and length were out of bounds for the array or count is greater than the number of elements from index to the end of the source collection

Any suggestions to open the file correctly?
