Error after install of ver 9.5.11.10821

arrggg.  Updates almost every day.  It seems this is out of control.
run the latest update and now if I right click on a table in SSMS and select "Select top N row" I get the error window to report an error.  So today I get The notification every time I change servers and every time I right click and open a query window into a table.
