Can't download software from https://www.red-gate.com/Dynamic/account/serials

I've been having a problem on and off for a year now with the SQL Privacy related tools (Clone, etc.).

Now it seems to have affected more items. I went to download the latest SQL Toolbelt and instead of starting the download I get directed to https://www.red-gate.com/products/old-versions.

I'm very grateful to be provided licenses *but* if I can't download them ... well.

Can someone look at the page? I've tried from Chrome and Firefox on different machines.

I can't download:
* SQL Toolbelt
* SQL Data Privacy Suite Essentials Subscription
