Opening projects from SQL Compare 11 in SQL Compare 13

We are getting an error when trying to open sql compare projects from version 11 in version 13.

Error Loading project: Specified method is not supported.

I have not been able to find any troubleshooting related to this issue?

    I've had no problems opening a Compare 11 Project in Compare 13. Do the log files shed any light: https://documentation.red-gate.com/sc13/getting-more-from-sql-compare/logging-and-log-files?

    Failling that can you send in the scp file?
