Hi, I am trying to add VMWare hosts and I am getting the unreachable error. I have checked the documentation here https://documentation.red-gate.com/sm9/configuring-sql-monitor/adding-a-vmware-host and can't see a reason why I would be getting this error and my server admin has confirmed there is no reason why the SQL Monitor machine can't see the hosts.

I'd start by checking the logs, then checking firewalls. Are the two machines on different networks?
