Is there a way to automated memory leak detection on a build server while tests are running?

Can I automate memory leak detection with RedGate Memory Profiler to alert me when/if memory reaches a certain level?

Not really no. You could look at the snapshot API to try and use that in some fashion: https://documentation.red-gate.com/amp10/working-with-profiling-results/using-the-snapshot-api.
