Upgrade from SQL Doc 4.0 to 5.0 Installation Failure

We are having an issue with the upgrade to 5.0 from 4.0 on our Windows 10 workstations.  We are running SQL Management Studio 17 and also have 18 installed.
It appears that app other RedGate applications updated but SQL Doc 5 fails with a generic installer failure error.  Has anyone else had this issue?

    If you click the redgate icon during the install when the error is up,  you can open the log file and see if there's anything more useful in there. I can't reproduce this failing to install though.

    I have the same Issue, but can't see a log file when clicking on the icon. When I right-click on the icon, I get an exception message, which I sent to you.
