Installed SSMS 18 after installing SQL Prompt 9.5 - Need to download again and can't find

I installed 9.5.2 and later installed SSMS 18. SQL Prompt isn't showing up. I'm guessing I need to install 9.5.2 again, but I can't find a place to download except for "Free Trial" link. Where can I get that download again?

I spoke too soon. I was able to download and install, but sql prompt still doesn't show up in ssms 2018. What else do I need to do to get it into 2018?
