Can't connect to server

I've been running DLM Dashboard just fine, but the last couple of days, it shows the message that it can't connect to server.  This is happening for all of my SQL Server databases.

Is there a log file or something that would provide more details as to WHY it thinks it can't connect?  I'm able to connect in SSMS using the DLM user/password.

    Hi , Team we are unable to connect catalog server page .. showing error as in the screen shot attached. Please do the needfull.
