SQL Prompt 9.5 table/column suggestions not working with SSMS 18.0 Azure SQL Data Warehouse

I am connecting to Azure SQL Data Warehouse and since upgrading to SSMS 18.0 and SQL Prompt 9.5.2,  SQL Prompt has stopped suggesting database tables. 

I have already re-installed both SSMS and SQL Prompt without success.

SQL Server Management Studio 15.0.18118.0
SQL Prompt 9.5.2.9464

auth. method: Active Directory - Universal with MFA support

    SSMS 18.6, SQLPrompt 10.4.3.16246 and it's still not working from me using Azure AD MFA authentication.

    I had the same issue. I upgrade to  SQLPrompt 10.4.2.16131 and it worked

    So you're on a lower version than I am of SQL Prompt.  Guess that functionality went away with the latest version?

    I thought I read 10.4.1.   Try to uninstall both. My current version are  SSMS v18.6  component version
    SQL Server Management Studio 15.0.18338.0
    SQL Server Management Objects (SMO) 16.100.41011.9
    Microsoft Analysis Services Client Tools 15.0.19205.0
    Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 10.0.18362.1
    Microsoft MSXML 3.0 6.0 
    Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0.30319.42000
    Operating System 10.0.18362

    AND SQL Prompt 10.4.2.16131

    My team installed these versions are worked  (it wasn't working for a looooong time, until few weeks ago)
