SSMS 2017

I recently installed SSMS 2017 and Red Gate tools aren't in the menu as they are with SSMS 2016.  How can i get them installed for SSMS 2017

    The install order is important here, if you installed SSMS 2017 without then reinstalling the Redgate tools you'll need to do that. Any extensions have to be installed into SSMS after it has been installed.
