Good morning FORG's hope you all had great weekends!
Here in the Foundry Team, we're looking to conduct some user research, and show you some early concepts around potential solutions to wider Estate Management issues that we've been hearing about. Would any of you like to be involved in this research at all?
We're looking at 5 main scenarios where we may be able to develop solutions for and it would be great to hear your thoughts around these to ensure that a) We're thinking of the right things, and b) thinking of those in the right way.
These core scenarios are:
- Detecting Errors, Diagnosing and resolving them quickly, and then debriefing or preventing them happening again.
- Reporting, and forecasting the status of your estate in response to a question asked of you by the business.
- Prioritising workloads and tasks across your team(s) to ensure the right people are working on the right thing
- Tracking who has changed what across your estate.
- Deploying configuration 'templates' and identifying when a misconfiguration error has occurred.
If any of these topics interest you, (or you have other ideas) we'd love to conduct some research with you, across the w/c 25th March and 1st April.
Please get in touch if you'd like to take part.
Many thanks,
Chris
