Seems like this should be possible, but can't find any details about this in the docs or forums. Ideally, we'd like to spin up a web app to host the Web View for SQL Monitor. That would allow us to better secure the interface and separate it from our databases. Is this possible or does it have to be installed in a local service/IIS?

Well I suppose in theory if you can provide everything the same that IIS does you could get this working. Can't say that its ever been tried though.
