Hi, i have been using the Deadlocks (Extended Events) alert for over a year and some time last week shortly after upgrading  to 9.0.3.20042 SQL Monitor is no longer logging these events, i can see in the SQL Logs that deadlocks are happening. And if i turn extended event off in the configuration it reports the deadlocks.

Can you send support the log files and the XE information from SQL Server please? -

Out of interest, what version of SQL is it that Monitor is not reporting XE deadlocks for? -

                Do you have any
"Using 'dbghelp.dll' version 'x.x.x'" errors in your SQL Log? -

I think you've hit a bug in SQL Server: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2878139/fix-using-dbghelp-dll-version-4-0-5-error-is-logged-in-sql-server-2012. Unfortunately, this doesn't appear to have been fixed for SQL 2008, just 2012.
Unfortunately we have no workaround/fix for this and can only really advise contacting Microsoft.
