I am trying to clone through PowerShell script, but getting an error, am I missing something?

I am using the custom cmldet to create a clone as a task in a build definition. But I am getting the following error:

Connect-SqlClone : The term 'Connect-SqlClone' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function, script file, or
Process completed with exit code 0 and had 1 error(s) written to the error stream.

I am new with sql clone, maybe I am missing something?

    Hi,
    Have you installed the sql clone cmdlet on the machine you are using?
    This can be found in Settings>PowerShell on the web client.
