Estate > Backups - Incorrect Information Being Displayed

Hi. Are there any issues with the Estate > Backups page in Version 9. The last log backup fails to show for one of our databases even though the log is backed up every 15 minutes and on another database, the start date of the last full backup is actually the creation date of the Agent job and not the last time a full backup was completed (in this case, the day before).

Is there any correlation between the version of SQL thats reporting things incorrectly?

Hi Russell. Thanks for your reply. Both databases are on the same SQL Server 2016 instance. Both databases are running in Full recovery mode and each have an Agent job created which backs up the transaction log. However, only one of the databases shows the start time of the last run transaction log backup in SQL Monitor.

Ok thanks for that, I just wanted to try narrowing it down. I think we'll need to run a few queries to try and pull some information out to see where the problem lies. Do you have a support contract as it would be better to run these over a support case?

Has there been any resolution to this?  I am seeing the same problem with log and Full backups not being reported.

This sort of thing is not really possible to troubleshoot on the forum so I'd recommend emailing Support.
