Are you running this as an administrator? Does the profiling service have appropriate access to start/restart IIS?

I have tried running as an administrator but getting different error now and its "Cause: Timed out waiting for port 8013 on 127.0.0.1 to become available".
Tried on different port as well but getting same. FYI, I am trying to profile wcf service.

We think there is an issue here and we're investigating.

Does that mean I will not be able to profile wcf services in current version for now?

If you're still having problems with IIS profiling please update to 10.1.4 and try again. This may not fix your particular issue but we identified a problem with IIS and have fixed it in this version. Sorry for the delay.

I have a question regarding license.
If I purchase the license, how many users and/or devices I can use the same license key ?

Even tried selecting Unused Port option as well, still same error coming.
Unable to start profiling.
