Where has SQL Change Automation gone in Visual Studio 2017

I have just done an upgrade of all my red-gate products via the toolbelt installer as well as my Visual studio 2017 installation and now SQL Change Automation has completely disappeared. There is no section at the bottom!!  I went to try and create a new project from the template and it says that it isn't installed on my machine.  However, when I re-run the toolbelt installer, it says that everything is installed and up-to-date.

    Is in under the view menu? Selecting it there should show the window.

    I have just installed Toolbelt (latest version) and cannot see SQL Change Automation in the View Menu.
