Smart Assembly now reports all of my Dot.Net assemblies are not valid Dot.net assemblies??

This error is being reported for all of my smart assembly projects. Even though they were all working yesterday.
The assemblies are valid, as they are runnable and work fine. What gives?
I'm using version 6.12.7.1100.

    I have the same issue. 
    This same assembly, without any changes, works in the previous version of SmartAssembly.

    My issue cleared after I reboot the machine we use to run SA on our builds. without changing anything SA began to work correctly
