Microsoft.Win32.Registry issue after running SmartAssembly on .NET Standard DLL

I have run SA on my .NET Standard DLL. After obfuscating the DLL, I am getting a Microsoft.Win32.Registry assembly issue of cannot find the file. I have ran other obfuscate software tools and do not get the issue. 
My current version of SA is 6.13.2.1167

    Can you share your project and assemblies (pre-obfuscation)? This will be hard to track down with no information to go on.
