In the Alert most of the information Unkown

I am using  SQL Monitor 8.0.15.15813 , Recently  I am noticing alot of blocking alerts have Unkown information and this is preventing us from troubleshooting problems

    The chances are you're seeing the result of sampled processes being in a sleeping state. Probably best to send your log files in at this juncture though as its hard to tell without any further information.

    What Log files you are asking about , Redgate logs or Sqlserver logs?
