The 'Select Object in Object Explorer' command not working - VS Enterprise 2017 (15.8.6)

Clicking the link or right-clicking the command will cause the Object Explorer panel to 'flash' but does not expand/locate/highlight the requested object.  It doesn't change the existing object display at all.

    I have tested this just now in VS Enterprise 2017 (15.9.2) and in my case it worked.

    What version of SQL Search have you got installed? You can check on the tool's window (help -> about)

    3.1.9.2167.  Also I have just upgraded to VS 15.9.3 and I'm still experiencing the issue
