Classic Report Not Working

I am using 13.4.5.6953. When I try to generate the Classic report, I get the interactive report. What version do I need?

    The interactive report is now called the "classic" report because it's older than the new DLMA-style report.  The simple HTML report (which is older still) was removed at the same time because almost nobody was using it - we'd be interested to know what you preferred about this version of the report.
