Unknown Authentication Plugin 'caching-sha2-password'

Cannot connect server Mysql at start. Any help please?

    Hi!
    I had the same issue and was struggling a lot. It's the new authentication implemented by MySQL.

    I finally found a tool that helped me out comparing my 2 databases: TiCodeX SQL Schema compare (www.ticodex.com).
