mono.android dll detected as a sliverlight 3 project

hi i'm trying to obfuscate and android .dll  but when loading the dll presented with a dialog that i need to install silverlight 3 sdk, but the silverlight 3 sdk has the incorrect version of mscorlib.dll, and fails to compile due to incompatible assemblys to the version my project is built with as my project is build with a high version of msbuild.

    Sorry to say that SmartAssembly does not support Mono on mobile platforms. So sorry for any inconvenience this causes!

    We have a plan to work on supporting it when we're done with .NET Core. There is some work to be done yet I'm afraid.
