Can I create an exception regular expression as the database name or user, as shown in the attached capture??

No you can't filter these out (yet) I'm afraid. It's on the backlog to do but no ETA.

Is there a user voice link for this filtering?  I'd like to up vote it to hopefully get it a bit more priority in the backlog.  another great filtering idea would be to filter on Host.

    Thanks,
    -Luke.

Nothing specific that I've found. This is more of a case of being work that we know we need to do (and intend to).

Adding regex filtering to every alert for example should be in there somewhere, as is moving to XE for a lot more things.

You can't, I'm afraid. You'd need to post the request on the uservoice here: https://sqlmonitor.uservoice.com/forums/91743-suggestions, but if you do so please try and be clear about the use case.

Your answer is incorrect because I managed it before your answer came
