Failes on Database Comparison

I am running sql Compare 10 on this PC for the first time. Comparing my Production and Release Database.

Getting below mentioned Error in Registering databases step.

server Name : SQLP-****************\PMSHAUK1

Database Name : PROD_****************

With

Relevant Release Database

Unable to Cast object of Type System.DBNull to type Syste.String

Note this is separate Error , occurred after sometime . Not sure , if this would be useful or not.

A number of bugs with this signature have been fixed since SQL Compare 10. Are you able to recreate these in the latest version?

I have tried this with SQL Compare 13, But issue is still there . Attached Snapshot
