What is the way to track unamanaged code, which is causing memory leak?

I attached w3wp process to do memory analysis. From the summary it is visible that unmanaged graph is increasing, but I am not getting any controls/way to track this unamanaged code which is causing memory leak.
If it is possible to track unamanaged code, please let me know.

You can get some memory information but the reality is you won't get much. See https://documentation.red-gate.com/amp10/working-with-profiling-results/the-summary-page#Thesummarypage-Unmanagedmemorybreakdownbymodule for more information.
