Placing parameters on a new line for stored procedures

How can I get SQL Prompt to place the first parameter on a new line? I tried these settings:

- Lists --> Place first item on new line = Always
- Place subsequent items on new lines = Always

In the preview window, the query looks exactly how I'd want it, but I'm not getting the results I'd expect.

Please help! Thank you.

What version are you using? This works as intended for me, albeit with a simplified sproc with fewer items.

The version is: 9.4.0.6807.
