Comparing Numeric fields

Is there an option to compare numeric field? 

Currently, 1.0 and 1.00 is flagged as different. So it is for 1.20 and 1.2.

    Please ignore this issue. I noticed that the tester had created a varchar field for numeric data when dumping from flat file to table.
